Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit a commercially driven Key Holder for one of its high-profile Central London stores.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor or existing Key Holder who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.

The role:

Drive individual and store sales targets

Deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Open and close the store as a trusted Key Holder

Support management with daily store operations

Lead by example and motivate colleagues on the shop floor

Maintain excellent visual and operational standards

The ideal candidate:

Has strong fashion retail experience

Has previously held Key Holder or opening and closing responsibility

Can demonstrate success against sales targets and KPIs

Is confident in styling, selling and customer engagement

Brings a proactive, reliable and commercially focused approach

Is motivated to progress into retail management

The package:

£29,000 basic salary

Commission and performance-related bonuses
