Skin Rocks is seeking a Counter Manager for the John Lewis flagship on Oxford Street in London. You will lead the skincare counter, drive sales targets and deliver outstanding customer care while building loyalty to the Skin Rocks brand.
You will recruit and develop a small team, plan in-store events and services, and confidently discuss skin needs to recommend products while delivering on KPI targets and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
