** About the Role
** As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, achieving KPIs and developing a high-performing team.  
** What You'll Do*
* * Lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
* Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety and administrative procedures.
* Monitor KPIs and use commercial insights to maximise store performance.

* Experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
