As the Retail Media Manager, you will be the business's retail media specialist, taking ownership of retail media strategy, governance, and capability. Working closely with brand teams, retailer media networks, and agency partners, you will define new ways of working, optimise investment, and ensure retail media activity is fully aligned with the wider media strategy.

• Own and develop the retail media strategy across key UK retail partners.
• Manage relationships with retailer media networks, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Allocate and optimise retail media budgets to maximise commercial return.
• Develop retail media playbooks, processes, and governance.
• Ensure retail media activity aligns with the broader media strategy
• Evaluate and challenge retailer media proposals to drive greater effectiveness and ROI.
• Establish clear governance around retail media investment and spend classification.
• Monitor campaign performance, reporting insights, and recommendations to marketing and commercial teams.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve retail media performance.
• Build retail media capability across the business by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Partner closely with brand teams to influence retail media planning and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with key retail partners.

• Proven experience in retail media and e-commerce marketing.
• Strong understanding of retailer media networks and the retail media landscape.
• Experience gained either agency-side or client-side.
• Agency experience within e-commerce or retail media would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidently influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging retailer recommendations.
• Commercially minded with experience managing media budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously as the retail media subject matter expert.
• Passionate about building new capabilities, improving processes, and driving continuous optimisation.
