Furnishing Fabrics Sales Associate (37.5 hours

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate with luxury retail experience to join our fabulous Home department, working within our Furnishing Fabrics space. This dynamic area celebrates the art of interiors, from exclusive Liberty prints and made-to-order upholstery to bespoke curtaining and soft furnishings, bringing together a unique mix of iconic in-house designs and the finest textile houses from around the world.

Remaining as ever, 'the chosen resort of the artistic shopper', this space is at the heart of creativity and discovery.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent product knowledge across our furnishing fabrics collections. You will deliver the most exceptional customer service and maximise sales at every opportunity.

• A background or genuine interest in interior design, with an understanding of fabric composition, application and made-to-measure services.

• Exceptional knowledge of furnishing fabrics, textiles and interior design, spanning both niche and established brands.

• Strong communication skills.

• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A high level of customer service.

• The ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• A natural collaborative spirit, contributing positively to the team and wider store environment.

• A proven ability to sell and consistently reach sales targets.

• Relevant experience in department-specific sales role.
