Reporting to the Head of Retail - Europe, you will develop Store Managers and leadership teams who are empowered to make great decisions, while balancing commercial performance with coaching and culture.
You’ll drive customer experiences, collaboration across Retail, Visual, Merchandising, HR and Operations, and shape strategic priorities for sustainable growth across the region.
