Merchandise Manager - Fashion

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced product merchandising manager to join a fast-growing international fashion retailer during a period of significant expansion. This role will be based in the London head office five days a week with flexible hours.

• Lead seasonal merchandising and assortment strategy.
• Drive sales, margin and stock performance through effective trading.
• Analyse trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
• Manage pricing, promotions, markdowns and inventory optimisation.
• Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop merchandising team members.

• Established experience merchandising, planning or trading experience within fashion retail within a similar size retailer
• Currently operating at Senior Merchandiser, Merchandising Manager or similar level.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Proven experience managing sales, margin and stock KPIs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
