The Body Shop in London is seeking a Customer Consultant for a 16-hour fixed-term contract. You will support store management to drive sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, aligning with our values and policies.
You will offer expert product knowledge, engage with customers to understand their needs, and assist with in-store promotions. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred to cover peak times.
