About the role

Søstrene Grene is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to support the visual expression of our store in The O2 Shopping Outlet
. This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity, commercial awareness, and visual storytelling within a fast-growing and much-loved brand.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall visual appearance of the store, ensuring it reflects the unique Søstrene Grene brand and offers customers an inspiring and ever-changing shopping experience. Working closely with the Store Manager and wider store team, you will create engaging displays that inspire customers while supporting commercial performance.

Where others simply see products, you see creative solutions and beautiful possibilities. With passion, imagination, and strong merchandising skills, you will transform our products into attractive and inspiring displays that encourage customers to explore and discover something new on every visit.

This role is based in-store and offers the opportunity to play a key role in bringing the world of Anna and Clara to life through creativity, attention to detail, and a love of aesthetics.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the store consistently represents the Søstrene Grene brand to a high standard.
  • Refreshing window displays and Spot areas regularly in line with our "ever-changing" company value.
  • Planning and creating inspiring, attractive, and commercially effective product displays.
  • Implementing weekly Drops and visual elements according to company guidelines.
  • Creating visually appealing solutions to promote sell-through and support key products.
  • Using sales insights and product performance to influence merchandising decisions.
  • Supporting the Store Manager to drive KPIs through effective visual merchandising.
  • Providing feedback on display effectiveness and product performance.
  • Maintaining strong awareness of current retail, homeware, and visual trends.
  • Supporting stock deliveries, replenishment, and ensuring the sales floor remains visually appealing.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Acting as a role model for teamwork, communication, and customer service.
  • Keyholder responsibilities as required.
