Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Supervisor | Premium Retail | White City | £28,000 plus bonus and benefits

We're looking for a commercial, confident and customer-focused Supervisor to join an exciting and growing premium brand in White City.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their retail career. You could currently be working in fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors or another premium retail environment what matters most is your ability to sell, connect with customers, drive results and bring energy to a team.

As Supervisor, you'll lead from the front on the shop floor, support the management team and play a key role in delivering both an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering an outstanding and personalised customer experience.

Drive sales, conversion, ATV and store KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise performance.

Motivate, coach and support the team to achieve individual and store targets.

Build strong product knowledge and confidently guide customers through their purchase.

Support the day-to-day running of the store, including opening, closing and operational responsibilities.

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation and housekeeping.

Support with stock management, deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy.

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure every interaction reflects the standards of the brand.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Advisor, Senior Sales Consultant, Key Holder or Assistant Manager.

A strong background within premium, luxury or service-led retail.

A proven ability to drive sales and work towards targets and KPIs.

Confidence building relationships and delivering a consultative customer experience.

A natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.

Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities to drive results.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ambition to develop and progress within a growing business.

Furniture or interiors experience would be an advantage, but it is absolutely not essential.
