Product Launch Co-ordinator - retail/fashion

This is a short term role but a fantastic opportunity to gain experience! You must be available to start immediately.

The focus is to ensure products launch smoothly and accurately across sales channels for a fashion brand. The role works cross-functionally to coordinate product data, imagery, samples and launch activity.

Key responsibilities

* Collate, maintain and distribute accurate product and asset data across all channels.

* Report weekly on critical-path milestones, KPIs, launch trackers and key business documents.

* Work with internal teams to source complete, accurate information and meet deadlines.

* Build effective relationships with third-party partners.

* Coordinate promotions, markdowns, online product publishing and imagery distribution.

* Support the wholesale ordering process and provide weekly sample-management reporting.

Candidate profile

* Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capability, with excellent attention to detail.

* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with confidence handling large datasets.

* Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate where appropriate.

* A collaborative communicator who builds positive cross-functional relationships.

* Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, merchandising or fashion retail.

We are open to strong candidates at Admin Assistant (within retail merchandising/buying) or Assistant Merchandiser level
