FCA is recruiting a Performance Reporting Lead Associate to join the Organisational Performance and Insights team in the Finance Division. This 12-month FTC role focuses on shaping and delivering organisational performance reporting for senior FCA decision-makers, including ExCo and the Board.
You will lead a small team, drive reporting excellence, and partner with multiple divisions to ensure timely, accurate performance information and continuous improvement.
