Location: Greater London
Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. is seeking a Lead Customer Experience Manager for the Willesden Green Store in London.
You will lead a team of managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences across checkout areas, petrol stations (where applicable), and back-of-house services, driving performance and growth. In this role you will plan around upcoming trading activity with the store leadership team, and you will model leadership and coaching to raise standards and efficiency.
