Luxury shopper​/social media assistant - ivy luxe ltd

We're looking for a Social Media & Luxury Assistant to join our growing luxury personal shopping business on a part-time basis, 3-4 days per week. We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for luxury fashion, social media and content creation, and understands what makes premium brands and products appealing online., You'll be involved in:

• Managing and creating content for Instagram & Tik Tok
• Creating engaging Reels, Stories and short-form videos
• Photographing and filming luxury products
• Editing Reels and social media content
• Writing captions and helping develop creative content ideas
• Having a strong understanding of luxury brands such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Cartier, Rolex, Chanel and other high-end brands
• Researching luxury products, trends and social media content
• Assisting with product sourcing, organisation and day-to-day personal shopper tasks
• Helping maintain a premium, elegant and consistent brand image

• Passionate about luxury fashion and lifestyle
• Confident with Instagram, Tik Tok and Reels
• Creative and has a good eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable filming and appearing behind/beside the camera
• Familiar with apps such as Cap Cut, Canva or similar editing tools
• Knowledgeable about luxury brands and current trends
• Organised, proactive and reliable
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of premium customer service
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, personal shopping or social media is a strong advantage
