Full training will be provided to the right candidate, with opportunities to develop your skills in boning, trimming, cutting and portion control.

What Youll Be Doing

• Packing, boning, trimming and preparing poultry and red meat products.

• Cutting and preparing customer orders and stock to exact customer specifications.

• Cutting poultry products accurately to meet specific customer requirements.

• Learning how to portion and control products accurately and consistently.
