Were looking for a Wellness Specialist to join our in-store team. Youll champion wellbeing at every touchpoint helping customers discover routines products and habits that support their physical mental and emotional health.

On the shop floor youll create empowering personalised experiences offering expert wellness guidance understanding individual needs and recommending holistic solutions that fit naturally into peoples lives. From boosting everyday vitality to helping customers feel more balanced confident and informed youll play a key role in their wellness journey.

About the role

• Reporting to the Assistant Manager youll support all wellness brands offering expert unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience every time.
• Youll use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic wellness solutions and products including our instore and online services referring to specialists where needed.
• Youll use your communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their unique wellness needs.
• This is a sales-based role but success is shared as a teamtheres no competitive performancebased commission here
• We take pride in our stores so youll help keep shelves stocked tidy and looking their best throughout the day.
