We're working with a well-knownfashion and accessories brand with a strong high-street presence and a loyal customer base, looking for a commercially minded merchandiser to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key product categories and play a central role in driving sales, profitability and continued growth across stores and digital channels.

As merchandiser, you'll be responsible for driving sales and profit across your departments, analysing trading performance, forecasting demand and making decisions around stock, intake, pricing and availability. You'll work closely with the buyer and designer to develop the department strategy, manage the critical path, optimise stock across stores and ecommerce, monitor KPIs and react quickly to trading performance. You'll also have responsibility forcoaching and developing junior team members.

We're looking for someone with established merchandising experience, or a strong junior merchandiser already owning their own categories, with excellent analytical and trading skills. You'll need strong commercial awareness across pricing, margin, profit and stock management, experience with WSSI, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work confidently with senior leadership. Omni-channel experience would be highly desirable, alongside a proactive, innovative and forward-thinking approach.

The salary is £51,000, alongside
