Location: Greater London
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and lead store operations to boost customer experience and daily sales on the floor.
The role requires flexibility for weekend shifts, 16+ hours weekly, and the ability to motivate teams while upholding brand standards. Start rate £16.20 per hour with potential for future adjustments.
