Co-op in Seascale is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team on a part-time basis. You will lead day-to-day store operations, oversee tills and shop floor duties, and drive merchandising and stock accuracy to ensure excellent service.
You’ll engage with customers and the community, promoting Co-op membership while supporting flexible hours that include evenings and weekends. Training and progression opportunities are offered within a values-driven retail network.
