Store Supervisor An exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Supervisor to join a prestigious luxury retail brand in Bicester Village. Supporting the Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, and leading a high-performing team. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence are consistently achieved.

What You'll Be Doing Supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique. Leading, coaching and motivating the team to achieve sales and service targets. Delivering a personalised luxury customer experience. Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism. Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store standards. Supporting team development and performance management. About You Previous supervisory experience within luxury, premium, or high-end retail.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership and communication skills. Commercially aware with a results-driven approach.
