** to join our retail team..

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce products and provide recommendations to customers.
• Actively engage with customers and help increase sales.
• Process payments and operate the till.
• Replenish stock and keep displays organised and attractive.
• Maintain a clean and tidy retail space.
• Check stock levels and report low-stock items to the manager.
• Follow daily store procedures and company standards.
• Support the team during busy periods.

• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable approaching customers and making product recommendations.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Must be available to work some weekends and bank holidays.
