What you'll be doing:As a Sales Assistant, you'll be an ambassador for the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand, bringing our products and story to life for every customer who walks through the door. You'll work a typical retail schedule across both weekdays and weekends, with shifts scheduled within the store's opening hours of 9:45am to 8:15pm.
Your responsibilities will include:- Creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering premium service
- Running tastings - inviting customers to taste our products and discover the world of gourmet liquorice
- Growing our community through the Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Working closely with your colleagues to achieve store goals and sales targets
- Representing the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism
What we’re looking for:
- You will ideally have:
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Confidence in engaging with customers and starting conversations
- A positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues
