An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned luxury fashion house within Harrods.

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from first interaction through to after-sales service.
• Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop expert product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand's craftsmanship and collections.
• Maximise sales through cross‑selling and styling recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and day‑to‑day boutique operations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

• Previous experience within luxury fashion retail is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with VIP and international clientele.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering world‑class service.
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods.
• Additional languages are highly desirable.
