Are you an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager with a passion for fashion, lifestyle and delivering an exceptional customer experience?

We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a successful fashion and lifestyle retail store in Chiswick. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on retail manager who enjoys leading from the front, developing a team and driving strong commercial performance.

The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, team and day-to-day operation.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver strong sales performance

Driving sales, KPIs and commercial results

Creating an engaging and memorable customer experience

Leading the day-to-day operation of the fashion retail store

Coaching and developing your team to reach their potential

Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members

Managing rotas, payroll, stock and store administration

Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Using commercial data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive performance

Building a positive, customer-focused store culture

Ensuring company policies, procedures and operational standards are maintained

About You

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager who understands what it takes to deliver a great customer experience while achieving strong commercial results.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or Retail Manager

Experience with in fashion retail, lifestyle, clothing, apparel, footwear, accessories or premium retail

A proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs

Experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team

Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach

A passion for fashion, lifestyle and retail

Excellent communication and people skills

A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example

Strong organisational and operational skills

The confidence to take ownership and make decisions

We're also open to experienced Assistant Store Managers or Deputy Store Managers who are ready to take their next step into a Store Manager role.
