Beauty Base is looking for a friendly, confident Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, fragrance-led retail environment. The role involves welcoming customers, offering product advice across perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare, and supporting them to find the right products for their needs. You’ll maintain high visual standards, replenish stock, process transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive, sales-driven atmosphere.

A passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

• Recommend fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Support the team in meeting sales targets and delivering a positive shopping experience.
