Digital Merchandising Manager

About the role:

Global, industry-leading digital brand with millions of customers looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager to help drive engagement and increase sales & revenue across web and app.

The Digital Merchandising Manager will be responsible for:

Defining the digital merchandising strategy for key customer segments

Working closely with analytics team to drive improvements and continued optimisation

Running discounted sales and promotions

Working closely with key stakeholders to offer specific targeted communication to customer segments

Ultimately driving sales and revenue

The Digital Merchandising Manager will have:

Strong digital merchandising experience

Ideally come from retail, eCommerce, travel, streaming, entertainment or media

Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset

Great communication and stakeholder manager skills

May have come from roles like online merchandiser or digital merchandiser
