We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to join our team in our first London boutique in Westfield White City
, for 2 days a week.
You will be a true brand ambassador and role model Aroma-Zone's Self-CARE values every day. You'll inspire and empower every customer, creating unforgettable experiences, whilst contributing to the store's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities will include:Deliver exceptional services and drive sales
- Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice
- share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new products
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme
- Contribute to store performance by achieving KPIs through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and active selling.
- Host engaging demos and maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand
- Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team success
- Take part in training and support stock management and loss prevention
- Ensure the stores general cleanliness is always upheld
- A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets
- experience in beauty or skincare

- Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods
