** Primary

Purpose:

** The Buying Administration Assistant is a key member of the Coach Europe Buying team, supporting in-season performance and pre-season buying strategies across eCommerce, Outlet and Retail channels. The role provides dedicated support across the Men’s and Lifestyle departments, including Footwear, Ready-to-Wear, Men’s Leather Goods and Licensed categories.  
** The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Buying to:
*** Support the Coach Buying team with weekly and monthly trade preparation, seasonal buy reviews, hindsight meetings and seasonal milestone calendar
* Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly price changes and promotions, and present updates in weekly trade meetings where relevant
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc communications on key price changes to ensure the Visual Merchandising team and stores have the necessary information to action
* Maintain accurate pricing master files, support pricing activity and provide recommendations where appropriate
* Manage monthly pricing uploads in SAP on a rotating basis, ensuring all price changes, and pricing data are accurately updated and validated within agreed timelines
* Support the Junior Buyer with the strategic and operational delivery of product investment across Licensed categories, helping to drive in-season performance against sales and margin targets for stores across the region
* Support and contribute to the buy process to ensure investment decisions reflect regional pricing, silhouettes and functionality, helping to drive customer engagement and deliver AOP targets across Men’s and Lifestyle categories
* Analyse product performance, customer feedback, consumer trends, competitor activity and local market insights. Share findings with Global Merchandising to support regional opportunities
* Support forecasting and SKU-level buy loading to maintain accurate planning and enable effective trade and buying analysis
* Partner with the Inventory Planning team to review on-hand inventory, support activity to achieve global WOH and turn targets, and recommend actions with clear timelines
* Support with Marketplace and Wholesale go-to-market assets and regional line lists for Collection and Outlet doors
** The accomplished individual will possess:
*** Experience in buying, merchandising, planning or allocation within a fashion retail environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work confidently with data and reporting tools
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making through accurate reporting
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in learning and adapting to new systems. Experience using SAP, Micro Strategy, CORA, RPAS is a plus
* Good understanding of retail KPIs, performance metrics, and retail calculations
* Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships cross functionally
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data, reports, and administrative processes
