Operations Manager-Responsibilities:

• Manageday-to-dayoperationalactivities,including stock,ordersanddeliveries.
• Manageinventorylevelsandensureproductsareavailablewhenrequired.
• Handlepurchaseorders,sales orders,invoicinganddeliveryarrangements.
• Liaisewithsuppliers,customersandlogisticspartnerstoensuresmoothoperations.
• Supportthecompany's E-commerce operations,includingorderprocessing,stockupdatesandcustomerenquiries.
• Maintainaccurateproduct,stockandorderrecords.
• Monitorstocklevelsandidentifypotentialshortagesoroverstockissues.
• Supportproductlaunches,promotionsandothercommercialactivities.
• Helpimproveoperationalprocessesandensureefficientday-to-daybusinessoperations.
• Workcloselywiththemanagementteamandotherdepartmentstosupportthecontinuedgrowthofthebusiness.

Operations Manager-Requirements:

• Previousexperienceinoperations,order management,supply chain,stockcontrolorasimilarrole.
• Experiencemanagingstockof B2
  
  Cproductswouldbeadvantageous.
• E-commerceexperiencewouldbehighlydesirable.
• Strongorganisationalandtime-management skills,withexcellentattentiontodetail.
• Goodcommunicationandproblem-solving skills.
• Comfortableworkingwithsuppliers,customersandexternalpartners.
• Good Excelandgeneral Microsoft Office skills .
• Proactive,reliableandhands-onapproachtowork.
• Aninterestin Japanesecultureandproducts.
• Japaneselanguageskillswouldbeanadvantage,butarenotessential.
