  • A people person, brand ambassador and networker who thrives in social situations.
  • Experienced in clienteling and working with CRM systems.
  • Knowledgeable about London, trends and how to interact and communicate with our existing and potential customers locally.
  • Enjoying a fast‑paced, high‑growth business environment.
  • Creative in identifying fruitful collaborations, events, etc.
  • Passionate about luxury design and the finer things in life.
Experience and requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a diverse team of employees, with a focus on motivation and performance improvement.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably with high‑profile or VIP clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily store operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and visual merchandising.
  • Demonstrated success in B2C with solid negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and comfortable working with CRM systems, with a preference for proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to plan strategically to achieve sales objectives.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Able to travel to Sweden for training.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
