Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Store Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the store. This is a full-time retail role and includes weekend working, alongside occasional evening events and activations.

• Leading, supporting and developing the retail team.
• Driving sales and delivering a considered, personal customer experience.
• Maintaining high standards across the store and visual merchandising.
• Supporting launches, screenings, events and activations.
• Feeding customer, product and retail insights back into the wider team and helping us improve what we do.
• Making sure you, the staff and the store represent SCRT®.
• 5 years' experience in fashion retail.
• Store Manager experience within premium fashion retail.
• A track record of leading teams and exceeding targets.
• Experience driving sales and customer experience.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor.
• Right to Work in the UK. A good understanding of SCRT®
• A genuine love of film.
• Knowledge of the culture and community around the brand.
• A desire to contribute to what we're building and grow with the brand.
• The confidence and adaptability to work within a small team. I have at least 5 years' experience in fashion retail.
• I have store manager experience within premium fashion retail.
• I have the right to work in the UK.

The Shoreditch store is central to the brand, hosting launches, screenings and events, and has become an important meeting point for the community around SCRT®. Since opening the first permanent store in 2020, SCRT®'s Redchurch St. store has become a key part of the brand, hosting product launches, screenings, events and our day-to-day retail operation.

SCRT® is now looking for a new Store Manager to lead the Shoreditch store and retail team, build on its performance and help shape what comes next.
