Looking to gain experience with a prestigious luxury retailer? Available immediately and ready to hit the ground running?
A renowned luxury fashion brand is seeking a Temporary Merchandise Admin Assistant (MAA) to join its head office team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced merchandising function, supporting stock management and allocation activities across a highly sought-after retail business.
This role requires someone who is available to start immediately and has no notice period.
The Role
- Support the merchandising team with stock allocation and replenishment activities
- Monitor stock levels and availability across stores and online channels
- Produce and maintain trading reports and sales analysis
- Assist with intake management and stock movements
- Identify potential stock opportunities and risks
- Work closely with Merchandising, Buying and Distribution teams to ensure smooth product flow
- Maintain accurate product and stock data
About You
- Previous experience within a retail head office merchandising team
- Experience in allocation, stock management, replenishment, or merchandise administration
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with Excel and large volumes of data
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Available to start immediately with no notice period
