Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Position: Supervisor
Location: Camden
Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 + bonus potential of around £1,000 per year
Working pattern: Full-time, including some weekend working with reduced weekend opening hours

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for your next step within retail, sales or a customer-focused environment?

Join a successful and expanding business with stores across the UK and Europe as they continue through an exciting period of growth.

A key benefit of this role is the work-life balance. There are no early starts or late-night finishes, and although weekend working forms part of the rota, weekend opening hours are reduced.

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining high operational standards.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be speaking with customers, managing enquiries, converting opportunities into sales and helping ensure the store runs smoothly.

You'll also have the opportunity to take real responsibility for the store and develop your experience within a business that offers genuine opportunities for progression.
