Position:
Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist
Offer :
- Full time (39h/week) - 2 days off
Location:
243 Westbourne Grove W11 2SE
London
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.
Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

- Provide a range of luxury facials with Oh My Cream Skincare, Dermalogica, Hydrafacial, Tata Harper and Susanne Kaufmann
- Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products :
Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service - Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
- Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
- Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
- Love the world of beauty, especially clean beauty ? That’s already a (huge) plus !
- Enjoy hands-on work and have a passion for the beauty industry ?
- We’re looking for more than just a typical profile—we want a true personality who’s versatile, proactive, and loves challenges
- A qualification in beauty therapy is an advantage
- You have significant sales experience and are passionate about customer service ?
- Are you detail-oriented, organized, dynamic, and always smiling ?
