Penhaligon's | Regent Street | Full Time | 37.5 Hours

We're looking for a full-time Team Leader to join our Regent Street store, supporting the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving commercial goals and maintaining the high standards that define Penhaligon's.

As Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day running of the store and have the confidence to step into the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. You'll help motivate the team, drive sales performance and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable Penhaligon's experience.

• Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the Regent Street store.
• Take responsibility for the store and team in the Store Manager's absence.
• Continuously motivate team members to achieve their sales and productivity goals.
• Ensure all Fragrance Consultants deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Analyse available sales reports and data to understand the needs of the business and identify opportunities.
• Assist with the management of the client database, using client information to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and effectively.
  
  Support the training, coaching and development of team members.
• Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager across staffing, risk management, security, cash controls and inventory management.
• Support visual merchandising directives and maintain exceptional store standards.
• Bring the Penhaligon's brand to life through engaging fragrance consultations and memorable storytelling.

• Previous experience within a niche fragrance, beauty, premium or luxury retail environment.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder or Senior Sales/Fragrance Consultant would be advantageous.
• A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• A passion for fragrance and creating memorable, personalised customer experiences.
