We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead our operations in London
, England and take the customer experience to the next level.

• Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring operational excellence.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and implement visual merchandising strategies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reporting.
• Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating brand loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff.

• Proven experience as a Assistant Store Manager in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current industry trends.
• Fluency in English is a must.
