Full time – Hybrid – London – £30K – £45K with equity.

About the Role

Team Found, part of Lottie, is looking for an ambitious Commercial Associate – the second sales hire – to build and scale our go‑to‑market engine. This is a career‑defining opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients, build and execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls, run tailored product demos, and qualify opportunities.
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously, negotiate terms, drive opportunities to close, and accurately forecast the pipeline.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success and stay involved in early implementation to guarantee customer success.
  • Create and document best‑in‑class sales processes, messaging, and materials; provide market feedback to Product and Engineering.
What You Will Achieve
  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for the Found platform.
  • Build a scalable sales engine and playbook for future team members.
  • Own the full 360‑sale cycle in a consultative B2B SaaS environment.
  • Communicate complex value to care providers and help them understand how Found transforms their business.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth customer journeys and feed market insights back to Product and Engineering.
Ideal Candidate
  • 1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, full‑cycle or outbound prospecting.
  • Self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset; thrives with autonomy.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and eager to win deals.
  • Hungry to learn and master the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and comfortable working across teams.
Not a Fit If
  • Not passionate about elevating later life for everyone.
  • No B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Prefers highly structured, pre‑defined processes.
  • Uncomfortable with prospecting and outbound sales.
  • Seeks a traditional SDR role that only books meetings.
