Company Description
Gaia Sicura Ltd. is London’s first specialist insurance brokerage dedicated exclusively to Nature Regeneration. The company supports project developers, investors, and other stakeholders within Nature’s Value Chain in managing insurance programmes, understanding risk transfer options, and ensuring the scalability and sustainability of natural capital markets. We specialise in bespoke insurance solutions tailored for complex global nature regeneration projects in regulated, voluntary, and public markets.
With its work, Gaia Sicura aims to enhance the security of nature regeneration around contractual, regulatory, and physical risks, and we align our values to those of our client base with no wider requirements towards corporate partnerships. We carry out our operations with integrity and passion in ultimately working towards our goal of Securing a Future for Nature.
The broker / client executive role will be a hybrid between a traditional market facing insurance broking position for our highly specialised and bespoke Insurance for Nature solutions, coupled with the vital work of managing client relationships and needs as we grow.
The role will require a focus on relationship building both within the nascent marketplace of nature regeneration insurance and with our rapidly growing global client base, with the broker building the company’s reputation amongst insurers, clients, public bodies, and wider market players.
Placement of policies, policy reviews, policy drafting, billing, and client onboarding will all fall under the role, though not at the expense of placement practices or relationship management.
Given GS’s new entrant setup the broker will also be required to be flexible around other duties such as assisting with marketing, business development amongst wholesale and retail clients, and thought leadership in the marketplace.
