Mid Market Account Executive – Nordics
Join Sweep as a Mid Market Account Executive, tasked with building Sweep's presence in the Nordics by establishing relationships with prospective clients and turning them into successful customers.
Responsibilities- Own an account list and develop account plans to win and expand business with upper mid‑market and Enterprise accounts.
- Full accountability for closing business within your own sales pipeline with a consultative and solutions focused approach.
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and SDR to requalify leads.
- Work with company leaders in Sustainability, Engineering, Digital, Risk, etc. to lead product workshops and presentations.
- Sell to a multi‑personas buying center (operational, C‑level, legal, procurement).
- Collaborate with sales engineering and success to deliver value.
- Manage client data in Salesforce.
- Organise prospecting campaigns with marketing.
- Help develop and refine the sales process.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in SaaS environments, ideally B2B Enterprise.
- Ability to develop and execute multi‑unit account plans.
- Ability to lead intricate negotiations.
- Experience working closely with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Ability to evolve in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of CSR and climate change is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.
- Swedish or Danish is a big plus.
- Empathetic team player building lasting relationships.
- Strategic thinker who sees both the big picture and underlying mechanics.
- Expert communicator turning complex things into simple, engaging interactions.
- Hands‑on problem solver, self‑motivated, with a glass‑half‑full attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to launch, fail, and iterate.
- Remote collaborator, adept with digital tools and meticulous documentation.
- Desire and ambition to grow, mentor, and support others.
Every team member uses AI tools daily. We expect curiosity, willingness to experiment, and a desire to use AI as a partner. Candidates with hands‑on AI experience comfortable using AI to support daily work are preferred.
