Senior Sales Manager – Investment Banking Workflow

This is a first‑line sales management position responsible for steering the Investment Banking (IB) sales strategy across the EMEA region and achieving the territory’s sales budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the gross sales plan for the IB business.
- Drive hunting mentality: grow pipeline through structured activity motions and disciplined sales planning and campaign execution.
- Collaborate closely with the local Account Management leadership team.
- Consult and contribute on large regional deals.
- People management – hiring, performance management and development of the sales team.
- Own and drive market‑level sales campaigns.
- Establish strong relationships with the IB Customer Strategy and Execution teams and the proposition teams that build the products.
- Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking space and prior experience leading a sales team to success.
- A self‑motivated, resilient individual comfortable taking ownership and leading from the front.
- A passion for continuous learning and development for self and team.
- Experience in hiring, developing and running a sales team.
- A structured, methodical and hands‑on approach to managing people and business.
- Excellent communication skills with a flexible professional attitude.
- Comfortable communicating at all organisational levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving product sales environment.
- Understanding of the product and workflow environment.
