Partner Account Manager – AV Solutions

South of England | Field-based | Regular London travel

A market-leading European AV manufacturer is looking for a driven Partner Account Manager to grow and develop relationships across its System Integrator partner network.

This is a high-impact commercial role offering real autonomy, industry exposure and long-term career development within a fast-growing AV business.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of System Integrator partners

* Identify and convert new business opportunities

* Deliver partner training, sales support and joint marketing activity

* Develop and execute a structured business development plan

* Attend UK and international trade shows and industry events

* Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM (Salesforce) activity

* Provide competitor and market insight to the wider business

Key Requirements

* Proven experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Development

* AV experience advantageous but not essential

* Strong communication skills at all business levels

* Commercial mindset with a consistent track record of hitting targets

* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently

* Full UK driving licence
