You will be responsible for the development and growth of your territory. You will also be accountable for the implementation of our sales strategy, planning, customer follow‑up, sales activities, and the development of customers and the business in your territory. Internal reporting and cooperation with management and fellow peers within the organization is part of your regular working responsibilities. The Territory Manager will also need to support procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratories and/or the operating room.
Responsibilities- Direct the region's sales activities and develop a commercial sales plan to fulfill the assigned growth and revenue goals of their franchise.
- Ensure maximum sales volume of the Company’s products and services.
- Develop strategies for launching new accounts and for greater penetration in existing accounts.
- Establish effective communications with other team members across the company.
- Build relationships with critical decision makers and KOLs in the assigned area.
- Participate in scientific conferences, congresses and trade fairs in the UK.
- Maintain business expenses in accordance with company guidelines.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
- Ability to travel 80% within the region.
- 5+ years’ experience in the medical device cardiovascular space.
- Ability to negotiate and influence senior‑level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
- Strategic selling skills. Ability to exercise judgment in selecting, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and proficiently in English.
- Include experience/skills/competencies and any physical requirements (e.g., lifting 50lbs/kg, etc.), where applicable.
- Able to lift up to 30kg.
- Standing long hours during procedures and at congresses.
