We are headquartered in London, UK, but are also present in several European countries as well as the United States where we service our partners, including eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe.

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our UK Sales team.

• Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business.
• Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications.
• Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process.
• Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and You Lend proprietary solutions to process applications.

• Target-orientated with a strong sales mindset.
• Excellent communication skills – with the ability to interact via phone and email.
• Comfortable in Microsoft excel.
• Customer focused mindset.
