Junior Sales Associate

Overview

Join one of the UK's leading food service wholesalers and kickstart your career in sales. We're looking for a driven, people-focused Junior Sales Associate to work directly with our Branch Manager and leadership team, visiting customers, promoting our products, and helping us grow our business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 12 years of sales experience who's ready to learn, earn, and progress. All training will be provided—we just need your ambition, energy, and willingness to get stuck in.

Salary: up to £32,000 per annum

• Visiting customers across the region to build relationships, understand their needs, and promote our latest offers.
• Onboarding new customers and growing our database while keeping existing customers happy.
• Gathering market insight by comparing our products and prices to competitors and feeding back ideas to improve our range.
• Supporting our branch counter team when needed serving customers, handling collections, and getting valuable feedback on our service.
• Representing our brand in a professional, friendly, and approachable way at all times.

• Self-motivated and positive, even when faced with rejection.
• Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Interest in the food service industry and a desire to build a long-term sales career.
• Full of ideas, keen to learn, and not afraid to share feedback.
• A self-starter who enjoys working on the go as well as in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence Preferred.
