Overview:
We are seeking an Internal Sales / Trade Counter professional to join our client’s growing team in North London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and brings a strong understanding of electrical wholesale products and services.

The Role:

• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails

• Raising quotations for customer orders

• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business

• Maintain and develop existing customer accounts

• Serving customers on the Trade Counter

• Maintaining Trade Counter displays and promotions

• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleagues

• Assisting with general administration tasks

Skills/experience:

• Electrical Wholesale experience

• Confident dealing with customers (existing and new) over the phone and face-to-face

• Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment

• Good customer service skills

• Team player

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm

• Saturday AM's on a rota basis 8am - 11:30am (paid as overtime)
