About you

You re ambitious and understand how modern sales really works. It s not just calls and quotes. It s visibility, consistency and being seen in the right places.

You re comfortable using marketing to drive inbound interest and you re happy both in front of and behind the camera. Talking through projects, capturing content or appearing in short videos comes naturally to you. You don t hide behind a logo and you re confident being the face of the business when needed.

You bring ideas, energy and commercial awareness. You re organised, proactive and good at following things through. Customers trust you and colleagues enjoy working with you because you do what you say you ll do.

Your experience

You ve done the job end to end. Managing enquiries, building relationships, quoting work and converting interest into confirmed projects.

You understand how marketing supports sales. You can create simple, effective content that generates enquiries and conversations. You re comfortable presenting or contributing to content as well as planning and posting it. When enquiries land, you know how to qualify them, close them and deliver a strong customer experience.

Experience in vehicle wrapping, customisation, branding or signage is a bonus, but attitude and commercial instinct matter more.

What you ll be doing with your experience in this role

You ll be the face of the Leeds site and the main point of contact for customers. You ll manage inbound leads, quote work and keep existing clients engaged.

You ll also take ownership of generating new opportunities through marketing activity. Showcasing recent projects, talking through work on camera and creating content that attracts the right enquiries. You ll work closely with the MD on the commercial direction of the site and have the freedom to try ideas that get results.

This isn t a call-heavy sales role. It s about presence, credibility and converting interest into real work.

This is a well-established name in vehicle wrapping and customisation, known for quality, speed and attention to detail. The work ranges from national fleet branding to bespoke custom projects.

The business operates from two sites, Leeds and a newer facility in Lancashire. It s a creative, fast-moving environment where good ideas are encouraged and results are recognised.
