• Enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships – important for understanding client requirements.
• Have strong problem‑solving skills to create tailor‑made solutions, as we do not follow a “one size fits all” approach.
• May currently be working in a sales role and seeking a career transition. No previous experience required; on‑site training, workshops and coaching will be provided.
• Hold a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. We value knowledge and enthusiasm across niches such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art, etc.
• Be ambitious. We promote internally; everyone in leadership positions started as an Insurance Advisor.
