Job Description: You will lead commercial efforts for a pioneering Robotics-as-a-Service platform that orchestrates vendor-agnostic automation in logistics. As the first senior growth hire, you will transition the company from founder-led sales to a scalable engine, building deep relationships with 3PLs and enterprise operators to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

• Lead the commercial strategy for a disruptive Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform achieving 200% productivity gains for clients.
• Join a well-funded venture backed by top-tier VCs that recently secured significant seed investment to scale operations.
• High-impact opportunity to build a GTM function from the ground up with a direct path to leadership.

• Execute the full sales cycle and build a scalable GTM engine across sales, partnerships, and marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage quarterly sales targets and KPIs while securing strategic channel relationships with system integrators.
• Implement structured account-based marketing and intent-driven outreach to build a multi-million pound qualified pipeline.

• Proven track record of closing complex B2B technology or logistics service deals with senior decision-makers.
• Extensive experience in growth or commercial roles within 3PL, warehouse automation, or supply-chain technology sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define commercial playbooks and manage technical solution-based sales cycles.
