We are entering a phase of hyper-growth. The product is validated, the client list is elite, and the market is opening up. We are looking for a Rational Dealmaker to join the crew.

The Profile:
The Financial Wolf
  • We are looking for a "Hunter" with high Conscientiousness and high Financial Fluency.
  • Experience:

    3-6 years in B2B closing roles.
  • Ideal DNA: 3+ years in B2B Financial Sales OR a High-End Fin Tech/SaaS environment. You are used to selling complex financial value, not simple widgets.

    You are interested in Cap Rates, Exit Yields, and Risk Premiums.

    You understand that to sell a high-stakes platform, you must understand and master the mechanics of the tech better than the client.

  • You are a Challenger:
    You are not afraid to challenge a prospect’s assumptions to get to the truth.
  • You want Mastery, not just a Job:
    You will work directly alongside our CRO, receiving a daily masterclass in structuring and closing complex, 7-figure institutional deals.
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary (subject to experience)
  • Uncapped Variable Commissions, including accelerators for high-performance.
  • Equity (Stock Options):
    We believe in rewarding those who drive the engine. Performance-based equity allocation is triggered after your first several months of successful execution. This is an opportunity to secure a high-leverage stake in a scale-up with proven Product/Market Fit.
