Position: Enterprise Account Executive, Middle East (Enterprise APAC West Team)

Are you ready to be part of it? This is your chance! We’re hiring for the position of Enterprise Account Executive, Middle East (Enterprise APAC West Team).

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify prospects, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including dealing with legal, finance, and IT requirements.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and continuously seek new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering Semrush solutions to support their growth.
  • Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using Semrush products.
  • Provide a value-based selling experience leveraging automation and customer behavior insights.
  • Forecast sales and retention achievements accurately and contribute feedback for process improvements.
  • Travel is optional but not required.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Results-driven with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams, especially from outbound organizations.

Preferred experience includes selling to enterprise accounts in retail, finance, SaaS, or marketing agencies with revenues over $500M, familiarity with CRM tools, and enthusiasm for fast-paced environments.
